About the Company Our client is a growing boutique real estate agency in the City of Holdfast Bay that prides itself on delivering exceptional service in both property sales and management. With a strong focus on relationships and professionalism, they are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to support their financial and administrative operations. The Role As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the agency. This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in trust accounting, payroll, finance administration, and compliance. You will work closely with the leadership team to manage essential office functions while contributing to a supportive and professional environment. Ideal working hours would be Tuesday and Wednesday's 9:00am - 5:00pm Key Responsibilities Trust accounting for both sales and property management transactions Payroll processing and compliance management Financial administration, including invoicing and reconciliation using Xero Preparation and submission of BAS reports General office administration and operational support Use of ‘Property Me’ software for property management tasks (advantageous but not essential) Liaising with external accountants and regulatory bodies Assisting the team with administrative tasks to enhance efficiency Skills & Experience Experience in office management or finance administration within the real estate industry Strong knowledge of trust accounting principles Proficiency in Xero for financial management and reporting Experience with payroll processing and employment compliance Understanding of BAS reporting and ATO compliance requirements Familiarity with ‘Property Me’ software (preferred but not essential) Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach Culture & Benefits Join a small, friendly, and supportive team Work in a modern office, close to cafes, shops, and the beach Enjoy a varied role with a mix of finance, administration, and operational support Be part of a growing boutique agency with opportunities for development How to Apply For further information or job description about this exciting opportunity please contact Mary-Jane Massicci on 08 8232 2220 or apply now.
