We take the guesswork and frantic Google searches out to make plant care easy.We launched our product to market in November 2023 and experienced instant global appeal, shipping our hardware product to 28 countries to date, growing our app to users in 112 countries and recently launched into Bunnings stores nationally.About the roleWe’re looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to help expand our footprint by building strong partnerships and driving new opportunities across multiple markets. You’ll play a key role in identifying and onboarding new partners, securing retail relationships, and developing collaborations that align with our mission to make plant care simple.As a startup, no two days are the same, and your responsibilities will include:What You’ll DoProspect and build lead lists – Research and identify potential retail stores, marketplace partners and other potential business opportunities.Cold outreach & follow-ups – Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to introduce Willow, pitch our offering, and generate interest.Sales & closing deals – Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs, handling objections, and finalising agreements.CRM & data management – Log outreach activities in our CRM to maintain an organised and efficient sales process.Market insights – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and improve outreach.Collaboration – Work closely with the wider team to develop collateral and provide feedback/learnings.This role is based at the Willow head office in Perth, WA, working closely with the founders and offers potential for growth into senior positions as we scale our business.About youYou’re someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on forging meaningful partnerships, and is excited about helping a growing company make an impact.
