The TRG Growth Practice is seeking a motivated Director of Sales & Marketing to join one of our top manufacturing clients selling into the Big Box Home Centers and 2 Step Distribution Channels.
This role is with an established & growing organization, and this role is the top Sales and Leadership Role in the company. This role will lead the sales & marketing strategy & execution for North America along with a team they will help coach and build.
This is an excellent opportunity for any Sales P&L Leader who is passionate about coaching, customers and driving results. This role will make an immediate impact on the bottom line for our client, and will have autonomy in decision making.
We are seeking candidates with a proven background in Sales Team Leadership, with direct reports and cost center P&L responsibility. With a diversified client base, top quality products and great leadership they are poised for high growth.
