About the Role:
* Oversee the overall management of the service, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer service.
* Assist dentists during treatment procedures.
* Manage, motivate, and support a team of Dental Assistants fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Address customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
* Promote a safety-first culture, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
* Manage service administration, correspondence, records, and meetings efficiently.
* Ensure timely completion of timesheets and leave requests.
About you:
* Strong team management and leadership experience.
* Prior experience in the dental industry is advantageous but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) and up-to-date vaccination records.
* A Qualification in Dental or a willingness to undertake a Certificate 3 Dental Assisting.
