The role:
Iconic Recruit are seeking a proactive Administration Assistant to help manage the smooth day-to-day operations of 3 shopping centres. This role involves overseeing communications, managing the reception area, handling insurance (COC) collection, supporting casual mall leasing and charity bookings, and ensuring compliance with the Retail Leases Act. You’ll also provide key administrative support to the team.

The main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Retail Manager with the administration, execution, and management of all tenancy files and documentation.
* Assisting the Retail Manager with the financial collection and reporting process.
* Assisting Retail Manager with tenant management
* Fielding and routing of inbound calls to the team
To be successful in this position, you will have:
* Sound knowledge of Yardi software highly advantageous
* Previous exposure to Shopping Centre Management/Administration highly desirable
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs with high proficiency in Excel
* General accounts and administration experience
* Ability to work with minimum supervision
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* High level of presentation and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
