To lead and live our purpose, we are looking for positive, customer centric, innovative and aspirational leadership.Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics Architecture, this is a critical executive leadership position that will enable Optus to realise its vision of becoming Australia’s most loved everyday brand with lasting customer relationships - through creating unique customer connections, being digital everywhere, and delivered by our amazing people.What your day to day looks likeMarketing Technology Architecture – Accountable for the development and governance of enterprise martech architecture that addresses business needs.Develop multi-year Marketing technology strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the business and delivery stakeholders.Owns and manages the Martech Domain Reference Architecture document. Regularly updates the martech reference architecture to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment to the business strategy and roadmap.Key contributor, in collaboration with business and IT partners, in transforming the business through the successful delivery of marketing data (customer data platform), decisioning, personalisation, campaigns and channel orchestration capabilities covering design/architecture, execution, adoption, development and operations of these capabilities.Analyse current technology environment to identify deficiencies and recommending solutions, staying abreast of emerging martech technologies and trends and apply them where appropriate.Collaborate with Martech Delivery teams on the evaluation and selection of Martech related technologies and products.Ensure Martech Solution Design and Deployments are following Enterprise Architecture Standards across all sites.Serve as the Martech Domain Architect and work closely with our business and IT partners to identify and implement key programs and solutions.Establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with partner teams through active engagement, clear accountability and expectations, and frequent communication.Provide martech thought leadership on core marketing and personalisation questions facing the business – employee protection and IAM, customer identify management, data protection, device management and many others.What makes you perfect for the role?AWS Solution Architect Certified5+ years Salesforce marketing solutions experienceSalesforce Certification or similar is preferred10+ years working in Solution Architecture in large organisations.5+ years of relevant experience in Martech management, transformation and/or strategic roles. Salesforce PreferredStrong people leadership, coaching and mentoring capability.Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions, colleagues at all levels, and with partners.Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.Technical experience with Databricks, Salesforce or Pega Decisioning.
