The Company Position Summary: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for workforce management systems? We are seeking a skilled Kronos Workforce Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Clients Kronos Workforce Central and Workforce Pro platforms. In this role, you will ensure seamless scheduling, award interpretation, rostering, and time capture while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional administration and ongoing support for Kronos Workforce Pro and Kronos Workforce Central. Maintain and monitor interfaces between SAP Payroll and Kronos, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements and Awards in Workforce Central and Workforce Pro. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within agreed timeframes. Implement award and roster changes in line with HR directives. Interpret Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and industry-specific awards. Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to provide expert system solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency. Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, industrial instruments, and company policies. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide expert advice on system functionality. Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth through innovative technologies and processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures. Skills & Competencies: Advanced knowledge of Kronos Workforce Pro/Workforce Central, including: Configuration of building blocks Payroll testing Version upgrades Award interpretation Pay Codes & Work Rules Scheduling & Advanced Scheduler Interfaces and integrations Ability to develop system requirements and conduct unit testing. Experience in multi-site and multi-agreement environments. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions and manage competing priorities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of SOX/Audit compliance. Analytical mindset with a solutions-focused approach. Reporting Requirements: Generate Kronos system reports and data extracts. Create ad hoc reports as required. Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
