Coordinate the efficient operation of the office of the Executive Director, People and Business Services and Director, Finance and Business System Transformation through the provision of high-level executive and administrative support. Facilitate administrative tasks including preparation of standard briefing notes and reporting, coordinate QTBs, Ministerial BES reporting requirements and incoming correspondence and requests.
It also provides support to the Executive Director and Director in organising meetings, overall diary management and acts as the Secretariat for designated committees.
