InComPro is a not-for-profit Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) specialising in the provision of culturally sound services for the Aboriginal Community including people living with a disability or complex needs.

About the Job:
We are recruiting a Part Time (0.6 FTE) Senior Project Officer to work closely with our CEO, COO and Board to implement policy and project initiatives that take InComPro to the next level of governance management.
The aim is to maintain quality accreditation while investigating new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
You will need to have an understanding of the importance of the spiritual and cultural connection Aboriginal people have with their country, family and community.
You must also have knowledge and experience in NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Legislation.
A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a governance or project management role is required.
You should have experience in networking/liaising with Aboriginal Community Organisations, Government Departments and Non-Government organisations (NGO).
You will be responsible for planning, developing and coordinating business plans, budgets and expenditure.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
You will also need an Australian full driver's licence (unrestricted), a Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Current Working With Children Check, and a National Police Check (less than 6 months old).
Flexibility to travel between work locations, including country areas, is also required.
