Job Description: Project Coordinator $18.00 - $22.00/hr, paid holidays, PTO, IRA matching, 50% health insurance among other benefits!As a Paul Davis Restoration Project Coordinator, you will be tasked with professionally and compassionately helping property owners put their lives together after a flood, fire, or other life-changing event.In this capacity, you will be working alongside our Restoration Project Managers in assisting in communicating with property owners, staff members, material providers, and subcontractors. In addition, you will help with project scheduling, follow-up, and managing the paperwork flow.Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator provides assistance to the Project Manager by coordinating project activities related to restoration projects. Their main duties are to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. The Project Coordinator handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges.
