About the Role
We are looking for driven, and dedicated individuals, who will go above and beyond for our customers to join our inbound Telco sales team in our Bendigo call centre.
This role primarily focuses on driving all NBN and Mobile sales campaigns, and cross selling our products to both new and existing customers via inbound enquiries.
Although previous sales experience is preferred, we are open to all applicants committed to learning and growing in this field.
Role commences September 4th 2024.
This role is a fixed term contract until June 30th 2025.
In this role you will be managing inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers. You will be responsible for communicating product and plan information and maximising all cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. You will engage with a broad demographic of customers, with varying ages and technical awareness.
Every day will present new and exciting challenges, giving you the opportunity to grow and expand your skill set. Your strong negotiation and objection handling skills will be essential to your success.

Skills we’re looking for:
* Sales, Negotiation and Objection Handling: You should be comfortable managing sales pitches and conversations and using your negotiation and objection handling skills to drive conversion.
* Resilience and Self-Motivation: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
* Problem-Solving Skills: You must be adept at dealing with ambiguities and resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively.
* Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying information clearly.
* Tech Savviness: A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is crucial.
* Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Team Player: You will be handling various tasks independently, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members is vital to foster a supportive work environment.

Previous Telco, Sales, or Call Centre experience is highly desirable but not essential.
