We are present in the two main macadamia growing regions, from the rolling green slopes of coastal northern New South Wales to the sugar and macadamia area of the Wide Bay area of QLD.

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager responsible for ensuring MD is the preferred supplier of a range of macadamia products through a strong pipeline of retailers, outlets, and distributors to the consumer.
This is achieved by using their in-depth knowledge and food industry networks to formulate sales strategies for the promotion of our products worldwide and more specifically into the European markets.
The role will develop and formulate high-level Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategic elements that will be integrated into MD's sales and marketing strategy.
These will allow MD to build and maintain its image and reputation with its customers, investors, and the wider public.
This role is central to reinforcing our "brand image" and creating branding strategies for the promotion of our products.
Working closely with MD's dedicated and experienced professional Farm Managers and Agronomists, they will elaborate sustainable farming strategies to develop healthier products in line with our branding strategy.
As the successful applicant, you will bring with you to the role a high level of accountability, problem-solving, and judgement as well as:
Demonstrated experience and skill in sales and business development internationally, with European experience highly regarded (5 years +)Past knowledge or experience in food and food ingredients.Strong commercial and business acumen, with demonstrated ability to grow and develop a portfolio of clients.Experience in integrating Sustainability and CSR into Sales and Marketing strategies.Demonstrated experience in managing financial KPI's including revenue.An ability to travel interstate and internationally when required.In return, Macadamias Direct will offer you a career with growth and development, a generous remuneration package, a great team environment, and flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Ballina, or Dunoon NSW.
