This permanent part-time role is mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday with additional paid admin hours each week.

Program & Operations Management – Oversee daily OSHC operations, plan engaging programs, and ensure compliance with national frameworks and regulations.
Leadership & Team Support – Lead, mentor, and manage OSHC Educators while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Child Safety & Well-being – Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children, implementing behaviour management and emergency protocols.
Family & Community Engagement – Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through communication and involvement initiatives.
Compliance & Quality Improvement – Maintain regulatory compliance, manage budgets, oversee training, and drive continuous program improvement.
Relevant Qualifications – Working towards or holding a relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved).
Essential Certifications – First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training (current or willing to obtain).
Leadership Experience – Ideally 2 years in an OSHC leadership role, with strong team management skills.
Key Skills – Administration, curriculum planning, communication, organisation, and conflict resolution.
Commitment to Quality – Passion for child development, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high service standards.
Work Rights & Availability – Ongoing permanent Australian work rights, and available to work at least 80% of shifts.
