Job Description

The Successful Applicant
A successful Loyalty Analyst should have:
o Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
o Advanced in SQL capability and excel, Google Analytics.
o Experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
o Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Experience working with customer loyalty programs - advantageous.
o Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
