This is an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing function for a purpose-driven organisation committed to fostering environmental difference across the globe.About the Role:As the Head of Marketing, reporting directly into the CEO, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a broad range of marketing activities (national and local-area activations) to enhance brand awareness, drive community engagement and optimise commercial performance.Key Responsibilities are:Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with national and state-specific objectives.Oversee Local Area Marketing initiatives, ensuring effective community engagement and foot-traffic across on-the-ground activations.Utilise proven retail marketing strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement across each state-based program.Manage the national marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the wider business.Monitor and report on marketing performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, mentoring and inspiring a high performing national marketing team.Act as an influential member of the Leadership Team, contributing to broader business objectives.You’ll Require:Extensive B2C marketing experience (12+ years), particularly in a fast-paced, retail marketing or BTL context.Strong understanding of strategic marketing theory & customer engagement principles.Proven experience in 360-degree campaign execution, from strategy to in-market rollout across all consumer touch-points (digital - paid/owned/earned, print, CRM, social, content, PR, LAM activations/events).Strong presentation and influencing skills, the ability to manage both up & down effectively.Analytical capabilities - driving market research and extracting insights, taking a test & learn approach to inform future opportunities.Ability to drive cross-cultural marketing narratives that resonate with various audiences.Hybrid: Sydney HQ 3:2 Onsite / RemoteSalary: Up to $180k + super (non-neg) + potential performance bonus.If you’re looking to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, that is passionately committed to improving environmental impact and behavioural change, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Apply now by submitting your CV as requested.Note: Due to the nature of the role, we will not disclose any further information about the company/role until we reach shortlist stage.
