Located in South Brisbane, Lidcombe or ScoresbyHybrid flexibility model 60/40Flexible working arrangements: hybrid model 60/40 - 3 days in office 2 days from home• Choose your start and finish times!• Career advancement opportunities with the world's leading Dairy CompanyAbout our role:Reporting to the Customer Director - Independents, the National Account Manager is responsible for the growth of the commercial relationships with our Independent Multiple Site Operators (MSO) as well as the leadership of the Key Account Manager.Responsibilities include:Lead the annual strategy with our customer as a catalyst to build future opportunities aligned to the category vision and growth drivers to form the Joint Business Plan.Conduct category reviews with an in-depth analysis of the total category, new line presentations, range defense and activation plans, leading and owning the internal processes including; the range review preparation and presentation; the management of all related administration regarding new line setup; forecasting, pricing and communication of ranging decisions to all stakeholders.Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Marketing and Demand Planning on sales related issues in terms of product development, launch timing/details and major customer requirements and activations.Lead and manage the process for customer relevant tenders working closely with Finance and Customer Innovation teams to meet customer timelines and win/retain business as determined by the SBU Management Team.About you:Obtain a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields.Proven experience with field sales operation, category, space management, supply chain and or inventory previously.High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Aztec, & SAP.Exposure to competitive Environment knowledge - Category & Channel.Advanced Data Analysis & Understanding.Our story:Ours is a story of a family business created by the Besnier Family in 1933 and is today the world's No. 1 dairy company.
