Casual Level 1 Support Services $31.48 to $35.22 per hour, depending on experience

About the Opportunity:
As a Catering Assistant in our hospital kitchen, you’ll play a key role in delivering nutritious meals that support the health and recovery of our patients. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Meal Preparation and Service: Assisting with the preparation, portioning, and service of meals to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
* Hygiene and Food Safety: Maintaining a clean and compliant kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards that meet the rigorous demands of healthcare.
* Supportive Team Collaboration: Working closely with chefs and other team members to meet dietary needs and provide a seamless dining experience.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in catering, food service, or kitchen assistance (preferred but not essential).
* Is comfortable working in a high-paced kitchen, with an understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
