About the Role
1. Working to assist children, young people and adults presenting to our Health Services.
2. You will be building upon staff knowledge and capacity to provide a trauma-informed approach and intervention response to clients impacted by violence, abuse and neglect.

3. Working within the Hunter Valley Sector based at Muswellbrook Social Work Department/Hunter Valley Community Health Service/Muswellbrook Campus.
4. Muswellbrook is located in the rolling vineyards of the world-famous Hunter Valley wine country, where you can taste incredible local produce, take beautiful scenic drives, and discover art galleries featuring acclaimed national works.
5. Muswellbrook is less than a 3-hour drive from Sydney, and less than 2 hours from Newcastle.

Requirements
15. Relevant qualifications and experience as per Award Classification including or equivalent including a Bachelor degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and/or other qualification deemed relevant by the employer.
