About the role
The maintenance scheduler is responsible for ordering parts, maintaining accurate system data by keeping information up-to-date, ensuring work orders are in the correct status, tracking parts, preparing job packs with all required work orders and documentation, tracking compliance with plan metrics, and providing administrative support to the planning department.
In this role, you will;
Order parts to ensure ongoing maintenance activities are not disrupted
Maintain system data accuracy by keeping all information up-to-date and ensuring work orders are in the correct status
Track parts to support maintenance operations effectively
Prepare comprehensive job packs, including all necessary work orders and documentation
Track compliance to maintenance plan metrics, ensuring alignment with project goals
Provide administrative support to the planning department
About you
3+ years experience in a similar role within open pit hard rock mining
Extensive practical knowledge and experience in JDE
Detailed knowledge of maintenance on large mining mobile plant
Proven experience with implementation of business and continuous improvement projects
Demonstrated experience with scheduling for servicing and preventative maintenance, repair estimate, forecasting and budgeting of recurring repairs, inspection of repairs and maintaining safety standards
