In this dynamic and high impact role of a Business Relationship Director, you will get to: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, focused on understanding the customer, their current and future needs in areas including Debtor and Equipment Finance, Wealth, and Financial Markets. Manage and grow a commercial portfolio with complex lending typically in the range of $10-$30 million TAE across a variety of industries: deepen existing relationships and acquire new customers. Manage large business connections with lending, focusing on winning new customers, driving growth, and ensuring customer needs are met through marketing initiatives and referral networks. Work closely with internal stakeholders: form partnership relationships with Senior Business Relationship Managers, Property managers, Mobile Relationship Managers and branch managers, coach and build trusted relationships. Value proposition to commercial brokers. Develop and execute localised plans to raise the profile of yourself and the bank in the community, including building strong networks with local industry, business, and community groups. To be successful in the role you will have: Banking and Finance industry knowledge Demonstrated expertise in complex business lending and credit risk principles.
