We currently have opportunities for 'Store Managers-in-Training' at our Werribee and Melton stores for candidates who possess the following:
Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience in ‘Fresh Foods’ through to Department Manager in a large supermarket or their own business.
* Proven ability to successfully deliver in all aspects of the role, driving sales, managing costs, increasing profit, stock control, and people management and development.
* Understand the importance of securing our own future by growing and developing the best apprentices who will be our best butchers and future store management.
* Have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
* Applicants with a blend of both Fresh Meat and/or Fresh Food retail management experience would be highly desirable, but not essential.
