About the Role
The Administration Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Health Centre, supervising the Health Centre's Medical Correspondence, Client Support Officers and Aboriginal Liaison Officers.
* Supervise and coordinate the daily duties of the HSS Administrative Team
* Ensure client transportation is undertaken efficiently and safely
* Coordinate Medicare administration processes within Anyinginyi Health
* Participate in Communicare administration tasks
About You
To be considered for this role, you must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Descent and possess relevant qualifications or experience in health care administration.
This position requires high-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, particularly with senior clinicians.
Requirements
A National Police Clearance and Ochre Card (NT Working with Children's) card are required prior to commencement. All Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation employees must be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19.
