Our staff are caretakers of an incredible legacy and are driven by our mission to deliver care of the highest quality for elders both in community services and residential care.About The OpportunityWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bus Driver to join our Mayfield East Residential Aged Care Facility.As our dedicated and responsible Bus Driver, you will provide superior transport service, care and customer experience to our elderly residents.This is a Permanent Part Time position, 5 hours per day, two days per week.The Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesPerform pre-trip vehicle checks, ensuring the bus is safe, clean, and in good working condition.Transport residents to and from the aged care facility, social outings, and recreational activities.Assist residents with boarding and disembarking.Communicate with facility staff to confirm schedules and any special requirements for residents.Keep accurate records of daily trips, noting times, locations, and any incidents or concerns.Follow all road safety regulations, monitor traffic conditions, and adjust routes as needed.Remain alert and ready to respond to emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers.What Success Looks Like For This RolePersonal qualities that align to Fronditha Care’s values – respect, do right, bring joy and inspire betterCurrent HR Driver Licence with experience in passenger transport essentialCurrent CPV accreditationA current national police check or willingness to obtain oneFirst Aid and CPR certificate preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGreek language skills are preferred but not essentialCommitment to providing person-centred customer service to all passengers along with a reliable work ethic.Why choose a career with Fronditha Care?Fronditha Care is driven by our ethos of providing a Bounty of Care that extends to our clients and employees.
