Whether it’s connecting with colleagues in Sydney’s head office, working with clients on the ground in our regional and rural branches, or potentially even enjoying an international rotation in our global head office in Utrecht, you can be part of the team helping our clients feed the world more sustainably.Rabobank’s Technology Graduate stream enables graduates to contribute to the food and agri space in a digital capacity.As a Technology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop technical skills across Infrastructure, Systems, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security, before specialising in your chosen field. Over the course of your 18-month graduate program, you will have three core stream rotations in either architecture, design, hardware, software, networking, data analytics, and cyber security.To develop a well-rounded knowledge of the bank, you will also be placed on a number of short-term rotations including visiting one of our rural branches, Operations, and Risk and Compliance.
