We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our ANZ team and drive joint strategy alignment, planning and execution with assigned managed partners on their journey to become successful Autodesk solution providers. This role is designed to help assigned partners develop and execute business plans, analyze partner performance, and manage partner sales pipelines. As an advocate for partners within Autodesk, the Partner Account Manager will gather market intelligence, manage contractual agreements, and drive continuous improvement to ensure mutual success and growth.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Planning & Execution: Collaborate with partners to create robust business plans that align with Autodesk’s strategic goals. Assist partners in executing business plans by providing resources, training, and ongoing support.Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Gather and analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to provide partners with actionable intelligence. Share insights with partners to help them adjust strategies and remain competitive.Revenue Growth & Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance against set goals and KPIs. Provide regular feedback and coaching to partners to enhance their productivity and sales capabilities.Pipeline and Forecast Management: Manage and optimize the sales pipeline for new and renew to ensure accurate forecasting of indirect business. Support partners in building and managing their sales pipeline efficiently.Advocate for Partners: Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for partners within Autodesk. Facilitate communications and ensure partners feel supported and valued.Minimum RequirementsTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with Autodesk’s products and services. Ability to leverage CRM and analytics tools for forecasting and performance analysis.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective in coordinating across internal teams and partner organizations.Communication: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Empathy: Understanding of partner needs to foster trust and collaboration.Minimum 5 years of Sales or Customer Success experience in Tech sector.Experienced in working with channel partners.Business proficiency in English.Strong business acumen, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.Excellent communications and negotiating skills at executive level.
