About the Role:
Are you a strategic thinker with strong experience in advertising, project management and team leadership?
We're looking for the right person to join our University Marketing team as the newest Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition, to lead the implementation of our domestic go-to-market strategy for advertising and product marketing.
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing Marketing Managers focused on driving student enrolments in the domestic market by shaping product marketing strategies across the funnel.
You'll play a critical leadership role in driving growth for Curtin by promoting our cutting-edge programs to prospective students.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other University Marketing teams to enhance Curtin's brand and reputation amongst priority external audiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate to develop and implement Curtin's domestic acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with university targets and product priorities.
Oversee day-to-day management of product marketing teams, agency resources, and partners to ensure alignment and operational effectiveness.
Provide strategic support and advice to the Deputy Director, Marketing Acquisition, and other CSM directors on all matters related to domestic acquisition marketing strategies.
Work with the Deputy Directors of Marketing Acquisition and Brand Marketing to develop the domestic go-to-market advertising strategy.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced individual who is a performance driven marketer, collaborative by nature, and has top-tier relationship management and team leadership skills.
Efficiency in campaign planning, execution, and strong stakeholder management are essential to ensure smooth operations and seamless collaboration with various departments.
Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification and extensive marketing experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Proven ability to develop and implement creative and successful acquisition marketing strategies and initiatives and demonstrated marketing and brand management skills, including briefing, and managing marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills with experience in building relationships and the ability to negotiate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Role Requirements:
As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
