Job Description:
This position requires an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide ICT Desktop and iPad rollout support and generalist IT Support assistance across this Government agency.
Key Accountabilities:
* Setting up workstations, windows and software
* Supporting workstation hardware, laptops, desktops, screens, docks
* Rolling out iPad devices to staff
* Providing a high level of customer service to staff
* Managing and resolving logged requests and incidents
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience working as an IT Support Technician
* Experience across Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Office 2013, Office 365
* Experience working on an iPad rollout
* Experience in providing onsite, face-to-face or remote support
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
