General gist of the role: - Manage the complete Buyer Management within this team - Exhaust all buyer enquiry and interest - Qualify buyers on their ideals, needs, budget requirements and ensure financial capabilities have been met - Promote and invite buyers to property inspections - Conduct Private and Open Inspections - Liaise with external stakeholders (conveyancers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, trades, etc) - Educate buyers on the processes, expectations and sale methods - Attend property auctions and assist buyers in preparations to attend, bid and/or purchase - Handle negotiations from all qualified buyers and communicate with all relevant parties throughout the process - Assist buyers throughout the sales process with regards to offers, cooling-off periods, settlement periods, post-sale care - Promote in-house services and property management introductions to relevant buyers/investors - Manage all relevant CRM entry, tasks, follow-ups and communications - Assist with any admin/ad-hoc requests to further support the team The ideal candidate: - At a minimum, you bring 1-2 years industry experience within sales, with a deep understanding of the buyer's journey and sales processes - A passion for the buyer space and genuine interest to take ownership of this role within a team - Team player who appreciates the bigger picture and combined efforts to streamline the teams success - Incredible communicator with exceptional ability to build rapport and ongoing relationships with buyers - Ability to work with a high volume of transactions and thrive in a busy environment - Great time management skills and ability to recognise and prioritise your schedule and time sensitive requests - Brilliant attention to detail, presentation and professionalism. - Someone that recognises how rare this opportunity is and wants to dive in and fast track their career within real estate sales - You live local to the Port Stephens region (or are willing to relocate for the opportunity) - Holding (at a minimum) your Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence - Holding a valid Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle - Full-time availability, including Saturday's NEXT STEPS: Get in touch with us today to discuss the role, the brand, the opportunity and start the conversation.
