We are looking for a talented Electrician to join our Power Generation Team in Perth. This role will see you as part of a workshop-based maintenance and upfit team working on power generators up to 3350KVA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Deliver a first-class service to our customers
Work on generator sets and engine control panels, diagnostics and repairs, along with scheduled and unscheduled service works of prime and standby generators
Troubleshooting and diagnostics on engines up to 3350KVA
Modifying wiring looms/diagrams
Commissioning of new generators/systems, transfer switches and master controllers
Working closely with the Mechanical Service team
Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Field Service Supervisor
Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Be a trade qualified Electrician
Full Drivers licence
Be keen to upskill with Cummins product training
Solid diagnostic and strong IT capabilities
Have worked in an environment where a code of conduct is embedded
Put safety first, every task every day
