Qualifications & Experience:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Basic computer and Excel skills
* MYOB EXO experience is highly regarded
* The ability to work autonomously whilst supporting and being part of an overall team
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Process booking deliveries, installs and pre paints into the bookings system and the Resource Scheduler
* Maintain bookings with supervisors
* Create maintenance ETS invoices
* Liaise with all areas of the business
* Provide administrative and general office support
