We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst for our Cardiac Rhythm Management business.
This role is based at Macquarie Park.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing commercial and financial support to our Cardiac Rhythm Management, Electrophysiology and Heart Failure businesses on customer rebates, sales team incentives and providing financial analysis and monthly reporting.
Your responsibilities include (and not limited to): Prepare and Present clear & meaningful sales report, revenue dashboards/trend charts, key leading indicators to ANZ & APAC management Manage monthly rebate accruals process for all customers including payments processing Reconcile relevant balance sheet accounts Customer rebate reporting/expiring rebates analysis Ensure timely calculation of quarterly sales incentives for sales teams in accordance with sales incentive programs Reporting of incentives payout calculations to sales team and sales managers Provide modelling to assist with annual territory planning allocation Management of sales territory alignment process within in SAP and assist in sales reporting structure within SAP and business objects Assist with Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis of the ANZ commercial division including sales and financial forecasts (Latest Best Estimates) Proactive ownership in a problem-solving approach to issues/tasks to drive accountability within the organisation such as providing proposals to direct manager to aid appropriate courses of action Partnership with Commercial Leadership to develop business cases for deals, market expansions and product launches by running financial scenarios Manage gross margin improvement initiative Special projects as directed by the direct manager Who we're looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting; CPA / CA is viewed favourably Minimum of 7 years finance work experience; medical device industry is highly advantageous High proficiency in Excel and Power Point and ability to learn/leverage digital tools.
Ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively to all stakeholders Commercial acumen and desire to partner with business A keen eye for detail, analytical skills and diligence is essential.
Ability to perform detailed variance analyses.
ERP System knowledge, preferably SAP Power BI and Business Warehouse experience preferred Due to the inherent requirements of the role, the preferred candidate must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination before commencement and maintain their vaccination status.
