About the Centre:
Our specially designed Delahey centre operates from 7:00am to 6:30pm, boasting natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant and age-approximate learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 100 children.

About You:
As an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive leadership style, you'll be highly organised with a confident communication style to build exceptional relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead an awesome team of educators and support staff
* Nurture children's curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness as independent learners
* Engage in conversations with the team to lay the foundation for high-quality care
Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
* Current Working with Children Check
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Australian Working Rights
* Great personal presentation
* Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
