We are partnered with this State Government organisation in Cannon Hill to recruit a Customer Support Officer until 30th June 2025 with the possibility for extension.
Your new role
Join this State Government organisation to provide proactive support, exceptional customer service, efficient administration, accurate data management, and effective communication. In this temporary role, you will:
* Assist customers via various channels, addressing enquiries courteously.
* Support registration, application, and evaluation processes.
* Resolve customer concerns.
* Perform data entry, maintain records, and take detailed notes.
* Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
* Monitor and address daily Key Performance Indicators.
* Deliver high standards of customer service.
* Work in a fast-paced environment with performance monitoring.
* Develop and maintain procedures and manuals.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Accurate data entry and documentation.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (preferred).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication
