About the Role: Are you ready to transition from the blue-collar industry into an account management role, in recruitment? We are seeking an Account Manager who can leverage their hands-on industry experience to manage key client relationships, deliver excellent service, and grow accounts. No prior recruitment experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the blue-collar sector. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues. Identify opportunities for account growth and improvements in staffing solutions. Work closely with our internal recruitment team to meet client needs. Attend site visits and maintain a strong connection with client operations. What You'll Need: Experience working in the blue-collar industry (e.g. construction, logistics, manufacturing). Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to learn recruitment processes (training provided). A valid driver's license and own vehicle (our office is not accessible via public transport). Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing, medical checks, and a criminal history check.
