Counselling 4 Me are seeking an experienced and passionate NDIS Compliance Manager to join us on a contracted basis with full-time hours, for this Work from Home role helping to complete the NDIS registration process for our business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Register and manage our NDIS registration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Prepare the business for three audits, coordinating necessary documentation and resources
* Provide ongoing compliance management to maintain standards
* Oversee an administrator to support compliance functions effectively
* Create new policies and procedures in alignment with NDIS requirements
* Adapt our CRM system to support compliance tracking and reporting
* Manage the partnership with the NDIS auditor to facilitate smooth audit processes
* Develop systems and processes to maintain continuous audit compliance
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the compliance framework
Experience & Attributes:
* Minimum of 3 years’ background in compliance
* Strong understanding of NDIS regulations and requirements
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage deadlines
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
* Great communication skills for collaboration with auditors, staff, and stakeholders
* Problem-solving abilities to proactively address compliance issues
* Experience in policy development and implementation
* Fully remote position, barring a monthly in-office management meeting
* Flexibility of hours
* Trust and autonomy within your role
