About the Role
We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team and develop and deliver training programs that promote skill and capability development.
* Develop and deliver workshops, training programs, and activities that support person-centered care and meet service delivery requirements.
* Ensure educational strategies are based on clinical evidence and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate education related to clinical practice and clinical care.
* Credential Support Workers as required and complete necessary documentation following training.
Requirements:
* Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate clinical education.
* Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with high level ICT skills.
* Unrestricted drivers licence.
* Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 OR TAE 40122).
