About the Role
RACQ Bundaberg is looking for a fun and energetic sales and service superstar to join our team. It is not necessary to have experience; however, sales experience in a previous role is desirable and importantly, a willingness to learn. We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training program to set you up for success.
As a Retail Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance, and banking products and services.
* Rate of pay at commencement is $33.40 + Super + Penalty Rates
* Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
About you:
Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, can adapt to change, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.
You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, have a can-do attitude, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
