You will also support the management team with detailed reports and analysis, and provide exceptional customer service for payroll queries.If you are passionate about payroll and eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance with schedules and task lists.System Expertise: Serve as an in-house expert for Kronos and Affinity, supporting teams with queries, issue resolution, and process improvements.Data Management: Maintain employee master files and leave entitlements, ensuring compliance with legislation and HR instructions.Compliance and Reporting: Uphold data integrity, comply with internal policies, audits and industrial instruments, and provide timely reports to HR and Finance.Support and Collaboration: Assist the National Payroll Manager, Payroll Officers, and Payroll Accountant in achieving the department's operational and strategic objectives.QualificationsExperience: Over 5 years of expertise in managing end-to-end payroll processes within large, complex multinational environments, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG sectors. Experience with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) is a plus.Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of Superannuation, Tax, and Payroll legislation.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Affinity (Payroll) and Kronos (Time & Attendance) systems is highly desirable.
