My client based in Altona is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the team.
In this role previous experience within the transport and logistics industry is not essential however experience in a management role is needed.

Permanent Full Time - Office Hours Monday to Friday Location: Altona You will be responsible for:Set performance goals, monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performanceInput & look over purchase orders and ensure on time deliveriesAssist when required with dispatching or receiving shipmentsClear and friendly communication via phone and emailManaging a team of 3-4 customer service agents Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvementSupport the branch in its sales and service operationsDevelop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
