to the scope, nature and seniority of the role.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceProfessional QualificationsGrade 10 standard of education with ability to read, write and perform numerical calculations commensurate with the duties of the position.Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).Manual Drivers licence, Class C.ExperienceAt least 6 months' work experience of similar work, preferably in the commercial hospitality industry (retail, bar, hotel or restaurant).Experience of cleaning in a food environment and/or housekeeping environment.Experience of cash handling (desirable).SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.Knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance,
