HOBAN Recruitment is recruiting for the APS3 Level Participant Support Officer role on behalf of our client, located in Charlestown NSW.
This position plays a vital part in supporting people with disabilities who require additional, often complex, assistance. The role provides essential administrative and operational support, requiring regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage participant matters and action planning tasks in line with our client's regulations.
* Provide counter and reception support, assisting with participant enquiries and online support.
* Address customer inquiries, sharing information or referring them to suitable government/community services.
* Handle team shared inbox, appointments, and telephone inquiries.
* Organise appointments and ensure accessible office facilities.
* Conduct research and prepare associated reports and correspondence.
* Perform data entry and manage follow-up tasks.
