This position is based at Risdon Vale.DutiesMentor and supervise staff in the application of the Level of Service Case Management Inventory (LS/CMI) and case management practices.Assist the Senior Clinician in oversight of day to day operations of the Planning and Reintegration Unit including allocations and workload distribution.Assist the Senior Clinician to quality assure the implementation of the LS/CMI and case management practices.Case Management of more complex clients as required, developing comprehensive sentence plans and make referrals and or recommendations in line with individual plans.In conjunction with the Senior Clinician provide oversight of the Hobart Reception Prison Induction Process.
