About The RoleThis role is a key component to the success of our Sarina Branch. As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. You will play an integral part in driving customer satisfaction by providing seamless and personalised support across a variety of channels—face-to-face, phone, and digital platforms.
Your primary focus will be on fostering strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their unique financial needs and goals. You will actively engage with both existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities for improving their financial well-being and offer tailored solutions. Whether it's helping them with day-to-day banking, guiding them through complex financial products, or offering advice on savings, loans, and investments, your goal will be to create meaningful, positive experiences that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities Create a positive first impression for customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood from the moment they walk in or reach out.Develop effective ways to promote Auswide Bank's products and services, including Home & Personal Loans, Term Deposits, Insurance, International Transfers, and Credit Cards, to both new and existing customers.Foster meaningful relationships with customers, handling inquiries and processing applications for various banking products with a customer-focused approach.Have insightful and impactful conversations with customers to uncover their needs, providing personalised solutions that meet their financial goals.Assist customers with banking transactions, account management, and any other banking services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.Adhere to bank policies, procedures, privacy guidelines, and relevant regulations. Complete all required compliance training and obligations in a timely manner.Work closely with the Branch team and other stakeholders to achieve branch targets and continuously improve customer service processes.What You'll Bring to the TableAs well as having excellent & effective problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills, you will also need to:
