Venue Support Officer | 3 Month Contract $40 - 43 p/h Super 3 Month Contract Sydney About the Role The Venue Support Officers ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our community venues available for hire. These venues play a vital role in realizing the vision of a socially just and inclusive city by offering the broader community access to diverse spaces for various activities. Key accountabilities include: Assisting in the development and implementation of booking systems and other processes to ensure inclusive access to Community Venues for Hire. Building and maintaining strong customer service relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including venue team members, hirers, and contractors, to meet customer and community expectations. Performing various daily and administrative tasks to support the safe and efficient operation of Community Venues for Hire. About You Demonstrated experience in the operation of functions and / or facility management, venue hire and customer service. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check in accordance with legislated requirements for this position.
