With an excess of $2bn funds under management and an on-track figure of $3bn they are proud of their national presence of both assets and team members across Australia. Their sector specialisations have grown over the last 20 years to include industrial and logistics, office, retail, social infrastructure and property lending sectors. About the role: Working closely with the IR Manager, you will play an important role in managing relationships with investors and intermediaries while delivering core activities that support investor relations. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Private Wealth team with the implementation of the funds’ distribution strategies. Coordinating the quarterly reporting and distribution process with asset managers, portfolio managers and the finance team for investor updates Delivering best-in-practice client service through interactions with their fast-growing investor base. In addition to the on-boarding of new investors, you will manage the CRM system (Salesforce) which will include tracking capital raise progress, building reports, managing the dashboards and workflows so that it can be a value add to relevant internal stakeholders. Being the primary contact for registry communication in addition to managing all requests and creation of internal registry statements. Ensuring complete collection of AML/KYC and wholesale documentation This role will suit someone with: Experience in an investor relations or client service role within the financial services industry An understanding of investment funds and managed investment schemes Prior experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system (highly beneficial) A proven ability to build strong relationships with investors, as well as quickly establish effective working relationships across all levels of seniority Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for handling investor queries A highly organised, action-oriented, and detail-focused approach A relevant degree is welcomed, but not essential This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic Investment Manager where Investor Relations is integral to driving business success.
