Job Summary
This role involves delivering Certificate III in Individual Support training to students. The qualification is delivered via blended learning, combining face-to-face and online sessions. Trainers will be responsible for facilitating hands-on training, supporting students through their pathway, and marking assignments.
About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced trainers to join our team to facilitate our Certificate III in Individual Support qualification. To be successful in this role, you must have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and a qualification or suitable experience in Aged Care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic training to students, support them through their pathway, and mark their assignments.
* Encourage students as they complete 120 hours of industry work placement, arranged by Stirling's Work Placement Coordinators.
* Work towards Stirling's compliance requirements, such as completing attendance registers or supporting surveys.
Requirements
* Qualifications and significant work experience in Individual Support or related industry.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), or willingness to upskill/gain this qualification.
* Passion to train and motivate others.
* Ability to deliver dynamic engaging training both face-to-face and online via Zoom.
