Job Description:
We are partnering with a leading Photo & Design studio, operating across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, and administration, proven leadership qualities, and the ability to work autonomously.
About the Role:
* Data entry and administration tasks
* Liaise with Account Managers and Assistant Studio Manager to book appointments and secure bookings
* Client communication and follow-ups
* Presentation of packages and upselling opportunities
* Liaising with Head Office and resolving client issues
* Collaboration with internal and external contractors
* Basic recruitment duties and staff management
Requirements:
* Experience in Sales, Administration, and Customer Service
* Tertiary qualification
* Ability to speak Mandarin highly favourable
* Proven leadership qualities
* Motivated and adaptable individual with an interest in sales
* Able to work autonomously
