About the Role:
ORS Group is expanding its dynamic NDIS services for children aged 0-8, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will deliver high-quality speech pathology services and also take on the Key Worker model to provide multidisciplinary support for children with diverse developmental needs. Working in a collaborative, family-centered environment, you'll support children's communication, swallowing, and developmental goals while empowering families to enhance their child's progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Speech Pathology : Conduct communication and swallowing assessments, develop mealtime management plans, provide ongoing therapy and intervention, and assess Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs.
* Key Worker Support : Work closely with families to set individualized goals, providing evidence-based interventions in areas like communication, play, mobility, sensory processing, and emotional regulation.
* Empower and educate caregivers, building their capacity to support their child’s development.
* Coordinate care across disciplines and collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic, multidisciplinary support for the child.
* Maintain a strengths-based and family-centered approach to therapy, ensuring active participation in family and community life.

Role Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA registration or eligibility.
* Passion for working with children and families, with significant experience in paediatric clinical services.
* A car and licence, plus a National Police Clearance, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
