What success looks like in this role:
1. Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops and monitors.
2. Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.
3. Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
4. Test and certify PCs.
5. Provide follow-up on problems, escalations and requests.
6. Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
8. Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according with the ticketing system.
9. Provide on call support.
10. Some travel.#L1-AS1
You will be successful in this role if you have:
11. Baseline/NV1 required for this role
12. Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk side software support and / or service desk support
13. Customer Service experience
