About the Role
Reporting into the People & Culture Partnering Lead, you will partner with our corporate staff in Hobart and our national Hatchery teams to support workforce planning, employee development, engagement, and day-to-day HR operational services.
Your prior experience will:
* Make you an asset to our team, providing exceptional advice and support to help drive team and organisational performance.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and be excellent at collaborating across different teams.
* Show how you have supported your stakeholders with Workplace Relations, EA matters, and performance issues.
* Demonstrate your work with data as you’ll be creating and analysing reports (Power BI) and building salary benchmarking.
* Show you are willing to travel to different sites across Tasmania and occasionally travel interstate.
What would we like to see in our ideal team member?
* Experience in HR support roles in an advisory capacity
* An appetite to leverage AI and technology for business outcomes
* Certified IV in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* AHRI Certified Practitioner (CPHR) or equivalent
* A strong flexible work approach where being agile and responsive is second nature
* Full working rights in Australia with a valid Australian driver’s licence
